With the arrival of fall, Downtown Maitland again is playing host to Getdown Downtown Street Party.
This free, monthly event kicks off on Oct. 2 with live music, food and drink vendors, and a “Kids Zone.” The Groove Slayers are the featured band and family-friendly attractions include a bounce house, lawn games, and a virtual golf simulator.
Local restaurants will be open for sidewalk dining as well, so you can take in the whole scene while you enjoy dinner.
Parking is available around the area.
