Stonewood HOA will maintain dues at last year’s level, under the annual budget approved at the membership meeting. Payments of $390 per lot may be made anytime by check or Zelle electronic transfer.

Invoices for unpaid dues will be sent to homeowners in the near future. A late fee will be assessed if payment is not received before Dec. 31.
