Stonewood Homeowners Association held its annual membership meeting on Oct. 16. A quorum of owners attended and voted to approve the budget, leaving the annual assessment at $390 per property. This is the fourth consecutive year that dues have stayed at the same level.
Dues revenue is used to support maintenance, repairs, and landscaping of entrances and common areas in the neighborhood.
