A membership meeting to answer questions about the proposed revisions is scheduled for 7 p.m. on Monday, Dec. 4, at Eastmonte Civic Center, 830 Magnolia Ave., Altamonte Springs. The meeting will conclude with a written vote on the revised documents.
If you are unable to attend the meeting, you may submit your vote by proxy. Proxy forms were included in the packet that was sent to every homeowner by first class mail.
Approval of proposed deed restrictions requires signed consent from homeowners. Consent forms were included in the packet. To be valid, forms must be received before Feb. 20, 2024.
